Another kool kicks from VANS!VANS has released a new Baskets Rata Vulc low-top sneaker with a chukkah and boat shoe twist. The Rata Vulc is ecologically minded with a 100% royal hemp upper and recycled rubber sole construction. The shoes feature a moccasin toe like boat shoes but the lace panels fold over like a chukkah.
